ABOUT
UrbanCanvas (Philip Battle & Catherine McMahon) are Masters of Visual Pavement Art. Creating enormous works that could grace any gallery of Modern Art.
Works can involve up to 100’s of people at a single event.
At the cutting edge of their art, UrbanCanvas are very flexible and highly experienced artists.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We have worked at Festivals and Events all over the UK and Northern Ireland, Singapore and Dubai.
Winners of the Manchester Airport Arts Award of the Year 2000.
Winners of the International Festival of Street Art (2D category) three years running.
We have organised and prepared many community workshops in schools, community centres, children and youth groups.
An excellent visual arts addition to any Festival or Event where public interaction is important!
Organised the UK’s only annual festival of visual street art on Merseyside, attracting artists from all over the UK and abroad, we organised competitive street art events including the Adrian Henri Street Art Awards.
